Workshop Schedule
Day 1
Arrive at Kona Airport around 1:00 PM (your guide will pick you up)
We will guide you to the shop if you want to rent or purchase masks and snorkels in Kona.
If you have your own fins, you can shop at the nearby Island Natural.
(There are many organic products that are not available in Japan.)
After that, we had lunch at a cafe with a view of the sea and checked in.
Dinner was prepared by a vegan chef and was made with ingredients from the Hawaiian soil.

Day 2

『自然の声がきこえてくる』
じぶんのハートの声に耳を傾けながら
自然の中をあるきます
自然とつながっていく体感がはじまり
ひとりひとりが 今回の旅のテーマを 自然との対話から 受け取ります
✨2 ブリージングワーク（呼吸法）✨
ワークショップスペースにて
レイナの誘導で 海に入るイメージをしながら
ひとつ ひとつの呼吸に意識を向けて ふかい呼吸する練習をします
海は 宇宙と同じ 法則のない 無限の可能性のエネルギー
海を『存在』として とらえはじめることで
よりスムーズに 無限のひろがりを 体験し始めます
✨午後は ホナウナウへ✨
サンゴや 美しい魚たちがたくさんいるビーチでシュノーケリング 水に慣れる体験をします

You can take out what you want to eat and eat it. You can also do some shopping.
From around 3pm, we went to a lovely grassy garden-like beach near the house where we were staying.
Enjoy a relaxing time watching the sunset

Early in the morning, the dolphins return from their night fishing trip and are often full of excitement and energy.
There are no other boats so you can have a very private time.
