Every time I go there, I feel like this place has a magnetic field and a special frequency that truly opens my heart.
Warm, clear, crystal-clear water
The water is like a cradle, gently enveloping us.
As the body relaxes, the heart blooms like a flower, and consciousness expands along with the view of the infinite sea and sky.
Meet dolphins in this blue world
The more you surrender to them, the more the dolphins will welcome you into their group and their world.
Like the flow of water, we ride the same wave of energy as them and swim, play, and interact together.
I have rarely met dolphins who accept humans so simply and openly.
When we look at them with their hearts completely open, we can see that they exist as a mirror of our free and infinite consciousness.
The program includes an introduction to freediving, sound healing, and shallow water therapy.
Through these three tools, you can awaken to your body as energy. A resonant body, a body that flows like water, and is flexible.
It will be a week where you will be reborn.

ライアーの"響き"に導かれるようにして
クジラの歌の響く海で
Leinaさんと出会いました
それまでも毎年
日本でイルカと泳いでいましたが
魂の奥深いところの恐怖は 拭うことができずにいました
そんな中 Leinaさんが
静かに私の手を本当に優しく握ってくれた瞬間に
何か私の中に 暖かいものが流れ込んできたのです
うまく表現できないのですが
それこそ次元の違う安心感につつまれて
不安や恐怖に翻弄されている私を
愛おしく見つめている自分がいました
Leinaさんの存在は
まるでガイドのよう
自分の中の本当のピュアな所と
繋がれることを体感させてくれました
そのあとイスラエルの戦争の映像が
多く目にとまるようになり
ただただ 祈ることしか出来なかった時に
Leinaさんから紅海のスピリチュアルな
イルカたちと泳ぐお話が届きました
１２月に体験した
あたたかい紅海でイルカと過ごした時間は
私の祈りの質を一変させました
私自身の波動をも変えたのだと思うのです
それまでは祈りながらも
悲壮感や恐怖、嫌悪感、怒り、無力感
そういったエネルギーが
どうしてもまつわりついていました
それが、エジプトの
イルカたちのポエムの 溶けるような暖かい海の中で
この地球🌏の過去も未来も
すべてが大きな"揺らぎ"の中にあって
地上で起こるすべてのことが
壮大な宇宙物語の大切な一幕
音楽が音と音の間から産まれるように
ひとつの音のあと
どんな"響き"を産みだすかは
私たちに任されているのだ！と気づいてしまいました
私たちが恐れを持っていたら
まだまだ 恐怖の音楽が続くのでしょう。
でも、ここで
優しい明るい"響き"に転じることが出来たら
ここから産まれるのは
美しい素直な愛の音楽となります
すでに、私たちは
美しい神の音楽🎵の中に生きている
それをエジプトのイルカたちは
その波動で教えてくれました

Delicious Turkish cuisine
There is also a space where you can take a nap
I think it's a great experience and it's quite an otherworldly experience.

Day 2
2024/6/8 (Sat)
早朝 4:30 エジプト・フルガダ空港 着
空港で入国ビザの購入後

入国手続き、預けたトランクのピックアップ
海外SIMの購入をなさりたい方は

船の上や移動中は
インターネットの接続がほとんど期待できません
ご家族との短いメッセージ交換などは
運がいいとできるかなっていうくらいです
ポータブルHIFiを持ってきても同じ条件だと思います
（もちろん飛行場やホテルなどではつながると思います）
外の今までの世界から外れて
このエジプトとの時間は
自分につながる 自然とつながる 宇宙とつながる
最高な時間になりますね
チャーターのシャトルに乗って
フルガダから約4時間のドライブで
マルサアラムの紅海に面した
とても素敵なホテルに出発
ホテルはマルサアラム郊外にある

２人ずつのお部屋を用意しました
到着後 シャワーや仮眠をとって
長いフライトから
体をリラックスする時間になさってください
すぐ側にある
美しい紅海のビーチに入ることもできます！
こちらのホテルには夜まで滞在します
朝食から夕食まで３食
美味しいビュッフェがついています
素敵なダイニングスペースでお楽しみください
夜、シャトルに乗り込み
いよいよボートが待つ港まで！
ボートが待つHAMATA港には
シャトルで約1時間半
港に停泊しているボートに荷物を乗せて
停泊しているボートで一晩仮眠します
ボートのお部屋は2人部屋で
それぞれのお部屋にシャワートイレも
ついていてプライベートです
６月 エジプトも夏の始まりです
船のキャビンの中は
ちょっと暑く感じるかもしれません
広いデッキにマットレスがあって
そこにお部屋からシーツを持って
星空を見ながら 風を感じながら
寝ることもできます
最高です！！
もしスリーピングバックを持っている方がいたら
それを持ってくるのも素敵なアイデアかな
空も星も月も水の音も感じながら
広い宇宙におもいをはせながらの夜

Morning After a quick customs inspection at the port
At dawn we set sail to the reef where the dolphins live.
The eternally expanding sky and the clear sea, I feel like the planet we live on, Earth, is an aquatic planet.
When you look at the horizon, you'll feel like space is so close
The boat ride takes about two and a half hours.

Water Therapy WATSU (Shiatsu in Water)
In the water, close your eyes
When you completely surrender yourself to the water and the therapist,
My body is floating
It's like floating in space
Water and space melt into one
It starts with that feeling
And the therapist supported my head.
If you shake your body
The feeling of your mind and body opening up
And finally inside the mother's body
The nostalgic comfort of that time
I remember the melting sense of security
I can't find the words to express it
Bodywork beyond imagination
WATSU is a groundbreaking bodywork technique developed in 1980 by Harold Dahl, who taught Japanese pathology in the United States. He applied his theories to the water. The name "WATSU" comes from its roots and is an abbreviation of "Water + Shiatsu." Renowned as "the world's most advanced aquatherapy," it has spread across Europe, Central and South America, the Middle East, Asia, and even Japan, and is now used in spas, hotels, medical care, and welfare facilities in over 40 countries. In addition to its superior relaxation benefits, WATSU has also been proven to provide pain relief for conditions such as rheumatism and to improve mental illnesses such as trauma. It is a flexible form of relaxation suitable for people of all ages and genders, including pregnant women and those with disabilities.
On the last night, we went with the boat staff.

Early morning, we depart the reef with the rising sun.

Departure to Hurghada Airport by shuttle
(Don't worry, there are toilet breaks.)
In the evening, we arrived at a hotel near Hurghada Airport.
Until early departure the next morning
I had dinner at the hotel and took a shower.
I hope I can take a little nap.
We have a room for two people.

Hurghada airport is a small, local-feeling airport.
Day 10

After arriving at the airport ,
Check-in for the flight and go through immigration procedures
There's still time before boarding the plane.
It would be nice if they prepared some snacks to eat at that time.
Hurghada airport is a small, local-feeling airport.

Approximately 2 hours and 55 minutes flight to Istanbul

Have breakfast and explore the airport again.
