海 川 温泉 雨のおかげで美しく育つ森
水は様々の形で私たちの周りに存在している
私は屋久島に住み始めてから
水の命のサイクルを
日常の中で体感するようになった
水は命
母なる地球の血液でもある
今回の屋久島でリトリートでは
命のもとである水との出会いを
テーマにしたいと思っています
私たちは お母さんのお腹の中の小さな海の中で育っていた時
水の生き物だった。
私たちの体も70%以上 水でできていて
血液も昔の海とほとんど同じようなChemical Composition でできている
海にもくったり
川で遊んだり
森にお散歩したり
ピュアな山の水を頂いたりしながら
私たちの体の中の水と
自然界に循環している水のつながりを感じて
私たちの肉体と意識がどれぐらいガイアとつながっているのか
ささえられているのかを思い出していく時間を
みなさまと分かち合いたいと思います

When I was 14 years old,
I discovered freediving on the Big Island of Hawaii.
For me, it's more than just sports.
Freedaing is a spiritual practice
It's a meditative experience of becoming one with the ocean, your body and your spirit.
Incredible freedom and nostalgia
Diving deep into the ocean
Dive deep into your consciousness.
Life first appeared on this planet 4 billion years ago in the oceans.
We were originally born from the sea
We carry that memory in our cells.
Through freediving
The deep bond with the Mother Sea, the Mother Ocean, is rekindled.
Like a dolphin, like a whale
We can dance freely in the sea

With Reina's guidance, I imagined myself entering the ocean.
Practice deep breathing by focusing on each breath.
The ocean is like the universe, it has no laws and is an energy of infinite possibilities

彼らの歌声を聞いたとき
体じゅうがバイブレートして
古代の思い出がよみがえって
細胞がふるえるようだった
別次元の存在のようで
まるで宇宙に浮かんでいる
母船にみえた
そう
彼らの目の中には
宇宙が広がっていた
もっとも印象的だったのは
こんなに体が大きいのに
なんてデリケートで
優しい存在感なんだろう

Reina shares her whale story
Each participant expresses what they have received through drawing or coloring.
It's not about being good at drawing pictures,
I draw freely, like a child, using only colors to express what I want to express without going through my head.
We will provide art supplies, but please bring anything that appeals to you.
