When these eyes stare at me, I feel as if I am being stripped naked and seen into the deepest depths of my consciousness.
It's like I'm searching for my true light, asking, "Where do you want to go?"
I hear a voice asking
Whales connect the heart of the Earth and the center of the universe
Now, a lot of conflict energy is coming to the surface on Earth, and what has been sealed away is rising to the surface, creating a new balance and harmony.
How much do their presences support us as pillars of light and the vast lifeform that is Earth?

Egyptian Retreat with Leina
2023年12月の初め
Leinaさんのご縁をいただいて
エジプトの美しい海サタヤに滞在していました
一週間、電波が届かない海の上でボートでの寝泊り
青い海、大きな空、月、星、風、イルカたちと
ボートですごすわたしたちだけの世界
珊瑚礁に囲まれたこの湾には野生のイルカが住んでいて
水はとても青く透き通って、古代の記憶を秘めている、、
そしてそこはどこまでも続く青い砂漠のようなところだよ
そんな時空があると聞いた時からいつか行ってみたいなあ、、と
思っていた海
日本から飛行機とバスで砂漠を走ってボートに乗って
まる一日以上かかって、、
いよいよやってきたサタヤ！
まだボートがアンカーを下ろす前からイルカたちが近くで遊んでる！
一緒にすごすのは
十数名のフランス語圏のみなさんと日本人三人
サタヤの一週間をガイドして下さるおっきなおっきなハートのお二人、
Leinaさんとフランス人のCamille
そしてボートでの食事・生活のサポートや海で安全にすごせるよう
見守ってくださるエジプト人スタッフのみなさんたち
サタヤにボートが停泊したところで
皆でひとつの環を作り海に挨拶をして歌を唄う
Camilleがサタヤの海にコンタクトしてみて、と促してくれた時
この海のおおきな存在が熱く歓迎してくれているのが伝わってきて
胸がいっぱいになった
その後初めて入った海は
あたたかくて、あたたかくて、、やさしい、、
ここの海がずっと待ってくれていたと感じた
イルカたちの群れがすぐそこにいる海を初めて体験して
呼吸が止まりそうになるけれど
彼らはわたしたちの傍をすーっと通りすぎて、、この日は終了！
わたしはきもちが高ぶって中々眠れず
今日の海で感じたことを全身で思い出していると
隣のベッドで眠っていたはずのルームメートAurélieが
覚えたての “oyasumi” を言ってくれた、、
ボートに乗った瞬間からずっと続いている海のここちよい揺れと
Aurélieのふいの oyasumi が、お母さんのお腹の中って
こんな風だったのかな、と想像させてくれた
サタヤでずっと安心したきもちでいられたのは
この日の夜の何気ないやり取りから生れた気配が
わたしをずっと包んでいたからかもしれない
Leinaさんは、食事中、海の上、サークルのお話の中で、
自身の体験をさまざまに分かち合って下さる
イルカたちとコンタクトする時のわたしたちの在り方、
すべてはイルカたちが鏡となって教えてくれること、
わたしがLeinaさんに感じる水の中であんなにも自由で謙虚で
まるで海の生きものみたい、ということのヒントが沢山詰まっていた
Camilleがさまざまな場面で開いてくれたサークルは
サタヤの女神と一緒に呼吸したり唄い合うような時間で、、
何度もじぶんの深いところからの声を聴いた
一週間の時間は伸び縮みして、、
海の中で深まってゆくイルカたちとの言語を通さない関係
毎瞬こころが歓び弾ける彼らとの体験が
ボートですごすみんなとの関係と循環しあって
日毎にボートがお家のようになり、
わたしたちはひとつの家族みたいになっていった
それは、
イルカたちの調和した群れのような、、
そして最後の朝、
海やイルカたちは彼らの大きな群れに招待してくれたように
100頭以上のイルカたちがわたしたちを包んでくれて、、
みんなで祝福のような時間をすごさせてもらうことができた
サタヤの海でわたしは空と海面の境目をずっとみていた
太陽の位置で刻々と変化するその境目はとてもとてもきれい
空気が吸える世界と息を止めて入る世界の境界線
呼吸を意識するボーダーライン
そこに何かとてもたいせつなことがあるような気がする
この境界線は 「おいで！」と言って、いつも待ってくれている
きっとこれからも出逢った海に迷わず入らせてもらうのだろう
お母さんみたいなサタヤの海、ありがとう
サタヤの時間で海へのダイブ、こころの深遠へのダイブを
ガイドして下さった愛しいLeina & Camille
いつもユーモアとこころからのあたたかなサポートを
提供して下さったボートのキャプテン、スタッフのみなさん

Until May 23, 2023, on the African island of Mauritius
I went on a trip to meet sperm whales again
A reunion with the whales we met in the movie "Mother Ocean"
This trip with the sperm whales was a miraculous experience
My consciousness has known since ancient times
It's like reuniting with my space family
Time with them
I came face to face with a humpback whale 10 years ago.
It reminded me of my trip to Tahiti.
It's as if meeting that girl was the trigger
After that, my life changed completely
Nia, my daughter's consciousness has arrived.
My journey as a mother began
This time too
When a new chapter is about to begin
I was so happy to see the sperm whales.
I feel gratitude that cannot be expressed in words.
Moms, grandmothers, children, babies
Surrounded by his sister, brother and sperm whale family,
They trust us
The time we were able to share together
It was like a miracle
But at the same time it's very natural
In another time, perhaps on another planet or in outer space
Perhaps they were resonating in this way.

The energy of love and support

Sacred Waters, A Journey Through Sacred Waters
My time in Bali was a major turning point for me.
Holy water from temples, sea water, rainwater
The consciousness of water has cleansed and reset me
The Sound of Balinese Gamelan
The scent of incense offered to ancestors, nature, and the gods
Be enveloped in the energy of Bali,
I was deeply examining myself
Each participant goes through a similar process.
The journey of consciousness that was born as we all resonated together was wonderful.
I spent the last two days of the retreat
Biosphere Center
Just like home
It was a time and space filled with happiness and peace, like coming home.
Abigail and Laser
And the center that was created by all the wonderful staff
I felt that this was a very important platform for communicating how we can create the future of the Earth.
How can we coexist in harmony with the planet?
I think it was a very moving and encouraging time for all the participants.

吸い込まれるような深いあお
光のラインがまっすぐに射す
魚やクラゲのキラキラ

美しい
いつまでも

眺めていたい
クジラのSONGは
細胞ひとつひとつ
身体中に響きわたり
生きてる！
って感覚が
こみ上げてくる
親子クジラは
愛情深く
子クジラが
目の前に泳いできたのには
大きさにもびっくりしたけど
クジラの目に
感動した
何度も何度も
思い出して
その瞬間に
身体中
魂がふるえる
海は懐かしい
お母さんのような
大きな愛情を受け取った
この美しい海
世界中につながる海
生命の海
この地球を
大切にしよう
溢れる思いが
こみ上げる

明日 一回目のリトリートの最終日
月曜日からの時間を振り返ってみると
毎日があまりにも密度がこくて
まだ言葉では なかなか表現しきれない
ただ一つ浮かんでくるシーンがある
完全に身を任せて
ポカーンって 上向きになって
海に浮かんでいるみんなの表情
目を閉じていて
雄大な海と
永遠と広がる空の間に
浮かんでいる みんなの姿
完全に リッラクスしていて
微笑んでいる 女性達が
赤ちゃんのように見えた
お母さんの腕の中で揺らされて
母なる海に包み込まれているように見えた
私はそれを見て 思い出した
私が１４歳の時に 深い闇から
自分の光を思い出させてくれた
関野あやこさんの言葉
ある時 体が ガチガチに固まるまで
ある感情にしがみついて
ずうーと感じに行った時
彼女は優しく笑いながら
私に声をかけてくれた
「レイナちゃん
あなたが逆方向を向いて
一生懸命そっちに意識を向けないようにしても
宇宙はずうっとあなたに
無条件の愛とサポートを
毎瞬 毎瞬 送ってくれているのよ」
その時 ふっと力をぬいた瞬間
自分の中がふわーとほぐれて
柔らかくなった
今回参加して下さった
リトリートの女性達をみていて
その時の自分を思い出した
小さな雫だと思っていた彼女たちが
ダイナミックな
台風前の屋久島の海の中で
リラックスすることを許して
体と意識の呼吸をどんどん広げていった時
「自分」だと思っていた輪郭がちょっと歪んで
雫から波へ
波から広い海へ
広がっていく意識と共に
未知の世界であった海が
懐かしいホームのようなスペースに
なっていたのではないかなと感じています
「インドの聖者"アーティ・シャンカラ"の詩にある
『私は意識と至福の形である永遠なるシヴァです。』
ということが初めて理解できた瞬間でした。
全身をリラックスさせ目を閉じて
ロープをゆっくりとたどって下に降りていくと
自分の身体と水の隔たりを全く感じなくなり
頭の上の方で光だけが見え
魂の大いなる拡がりを感じられたのです
その時の感覚
これが陸上の瞑想でいうところの至福のようでした
それから後は水との隔たりが無くなって
息が続かなかったら怖いとか
そんな思いは二度と現れなくなり、
水中でリラックスできるようになりました。
Leinaさんの愛と調和のエネルギーが
このリトリートを優しく包み込み
水との繋がり方を伝えてくれたからこそ
その瞬間に出逢えてとても嬉しかったです
リトリートの参加者全員とwith Leina
そしてスタッフの皆さんとで
楽しい時間を過ごしながら
こんな素晴らしい体験ができて
私はこのリトリートに参加して
本当に良かったなと思っています。

母船のように見守る
母クジラの大きな愛に包まれ
安心してクルクルお腹を見せて
空から射す光のカーテンの中で踊る子クジラ
その愛らしい眼から伝わるのは
全身で表現する生命の歓び・JOYの波動
子クジラの愛と歓びの波動と
母クジラの全てを包み込む無償の愛が
海水を通して私の全身を優しく調律し

I found out about it through a friend's share
Reina's retreat in Amami.

I decided to join from Australia.
But I never thought I would end up living in Amami.
I can't believe I'm participating in this retreat!!
A dream within a dream.
You never know what's going to happen in life.
But our family was guided
